3. Astrology Reading Services

Zodiac Zips offers paid astrology readings, including First Light, a personalized AI-guided digital product, and planned human-led readings prepared by independent professional astrologers. By purchasing a reading, you agree that:

• Readings are interpretive guidance, as described in our Astrology Disclaimer, and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
• First Light is generated by artificial intelligence using Zodiac Zips' interpretive framework, your calculated birth chart, and the information you provide. No human astrologer participates in First Light.
• You will provide accurate birth information, and you are authorized to share any second person's birth details you submit.
• Payments are processed by Stripe at the fixed price shown at checkout; refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• The refund policy version and terms version presented at checkout may be recorded with your order for support and dispute administration.
• Astrologers on the platform are bound by our Advisor Standards; report any concern to contact@zodiaczips.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zodiac Zips website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zodiac Zips and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
